The 21-Day Happiness Project Masterclass is a place to get intentional about your self-care practice. The four-week course will cover key areas where many women struggle to find joy, while also supporting you in developing long-term happiness habits.
- Week One: Getting to Know YOU -- We begin with a self-assessment to determine what truly brings you joy. Also, you will receive an in-depth walkthrough of how to utilize the 21-Day Happiness Project toolkit and journaling exercises to deepen your path towards self-discovery.
- Week Two: Joy in the Midst of a Storm -- Whether dealing with the current pandemic or personal struggles, there's still time for you. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of how to prioritize joy when facing adversity.
- Week Two: Happiness at Work -- Happiness drives success and not the other way around. This module will explore how to find greater joy in your career and make room for self-care during your 9 to 5.
- Week Four: Happiness Survival Kit -- In the final module, you will develop a physical or virtual survival kit to help maintain your self-care practice during tumultuous times. Participants will determine a sustainability plan to continue their success.
Your Instructor
Tashira Halyard is a reformed attorney, blogger and breast cancer survivor. She created the 21-Day Happiness Project while healing from major surgery in 2016 and needing a special tool to help her focus on joy in a more intentional way. A year later came breast cancer, and this very tool saved her life. It gave her permission to heal mentally and physically from two years of health challenges. Today, she uses the 21-Day Happiness Project as a ministry to reach women who are seeking greater happiness and self-care in their lives.
